My focus is on helping you break free from the limiting beliefs that hold you back – not because I claim to be an expert on your life, but because I've lived through some tough life experiences myself. I know what it's like to wonder 'what's really going on, and how can I change?' I understand the guilt, the comparison, the beautiful chaos of living this life so deeply while trying to figure out who you are as an individual.
I'm just a genuine person who discovered something that changed everything for me and my relationship with life and now I'm passionate about sharing this approach with others who are ready for that same breakthrough.

How does RTT Hypnotherapy work?
RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) is a hybrid therapeutic approach developed by Marisa Peer that combines principles from hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, NLP, and cognitive behavioural therapy. It works by using hypnosis to access the subconscious mind and identify the root causes of issues, often traced back to formative childhood experiences or significant past events. During a session, the therapist guides clients into a relaxed, focused state where they can revisit and reframe these memories, understand why they developed certain beliefs or behaviours, and replace limiting patterns with empowering ones. The goal is to achieve rapid, lasting transformation by addressing the underlying emotional blocks rather than just managing symptoms.

Confidence and self-worth are the bedrock of a fulfilling life. Yet low confidence can hold you back from pursuing your dreams, speaking up, or fully engaging with life, keeping you small and safe but unfulfilled.
